Fix for WMI OutOfMemory on Windows 2008 R2

We’ve discovered an issue with the WMI service on Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 platforms in the form of a memory leak that may lead to “OutOfMemory” errors being reported by servers that SQL Sentry is trying to monitor.

On a server encountering this problem the “wmiprvse.exe” process will display in task manager as using 512MB of memory or in excess of 512MB of memory.
