Notifications are not being received.
There are several things that can cause notifications not to be sent.
The SQL Sentry Monitoring Service has not been started. The service is listed as "SQL Sentry Monitoring Service".
The SMTP configuration settings may not be correct. When testing the SMTP configuration, do so from the location where the Monitoring Service is installed.
The actions for this object are not set correctly. Verify that the global setting has not been overridden at the object level. Also, verify that targets have been selected.
